Initiate Request
Log into your wholesale account and submit a return authorization request through the orders dashboard within 30 days of delivery.
Quality Review
Our inventory team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions via email.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in their original wholesale cartons, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the package.
Processing & Credit
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the goods, a refund or store credit will be issued to your account within 7-10 business days.
