What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale accounts?
To maintain our competitive wholesale pricing, we require a minimum opening order of $500. Subsequent reorders have a lowered minimum of $250.
How do you handle shipping for large bulk orders?
We offer tiered shipping rates based on order volume. Large furniture or decor orders are shipped via LTL freight to ensure safety, while smaller home accessories are sent via standard ground carriers.
Can I request samples before placing a full bulk order?
Yes, we offer sample kits for most of our textile and hardware collections. Samples are billed at retail price plus shipping, but the cost is credited back to your account upon your first bulk purchase.
What is your return policy for damaged or defective items?
Claims for damaged goods must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging to receive a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer dropshipping services for home decor retailers?
Currently, Saksby Wholesale focuses exclusively on traditional bulk wholesale. We do not offer individual dropshipping services at this time.
